Refund Policy

At Googly Guys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care goods.

  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed).

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at support@googlyguys.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return shipping address.

  • Step 3: Securely pack your item and ship it back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns. However, the original shipping costs (if any were applied for expedited services) are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@googlyguys.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
